On Friday, June 19th 2009 our server had a catastrophic hard drive failure.

We immediately had to have the hardrive replaced. We then proceeded to rebuild the server. This included the Operating System, and all software needed to provide services to the public.

Once this was complete, we proceeded to restore all data from backups. By early in the morning on Saturday we had the bulk of all websites back online and functioning.

We have since Saturday continued to restore finer points and rebuild any missing pieces. This would include conveniences such as webmail, FTP access, email aliasing, etc. These are a manual process and are somewhat time consuming. Progress continues to be made in these regards.

We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this diruption may have caused, and look forward to having things sailing along as normal as quickly as possible.
